Alpha IN · alphain.spaceAlpha IN Terms
Last updated: October 24, 2026. By creating an Alpha IN account you agree to these terms. Each section starts with the plain-words version, then the details.
1. Who can use Alpha IN
You must be 18 or older, and you must sign up as your real self.
Your account must carry your real name, your true date of birth and your real country. This is not paperwork for its own sake: verified identity is the product. An address that stands for a real, adult person is the whole reason Alpha IN exists. Accounts created with fake, borrowed or joke details can be removed.
2. Your account is you
One account, one real person — no impersonation, ever.
You may not impersonate any person, company or organization — including Alpha IN itself. System addresses such as verification@alphain.space belong to Alpha IN alone, and pretending to be a system address, a support account, or another user is a fast way to lose your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password and your backup email secure.
3. Your backup email
Your backup email is your way back in — keep it real, exact and current.
Every verification code — at signup, at sign-in and for password resets — is sent from verification@alphain.space to your backup email. If you forget your password, the reset code goes there too; it is the only way back in. That is why signup asks you to type it twice. If you lose access to both your password and your backup email, we have no safe way to prove the account is yours — and guessing would put your mail in someone else's hands, so we will not do it. You can change your backup email in Settings at any time; the change only applies after a code sent to the new address proves it is yours.
4. Verification codes
Codes prove it is really you — never share one, with anyone.
Signup uses one code that does both jobs: it proves your backup email is yours and activates your account. Signing in asks for a code after your password, and resetting a password needs one too. Codes exist because passwords get guessed, reused and stolen — a code proves the person signing in also holds the backup inbox. Codes expire 10 minutes after they are sent and only allow a few attempts. Alpha IN will never ask for your code anywhere except the sign-in, signup and reset screens of alphain.space.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, no scams, no abuse — of people or of the system.
- No spam or bulk unsolicited mail, no phishing, fraud, scams, harassment or malware.
- No attempting to bypass verification, rate limits, storage limits or any other security control.
- Send limits exist and apply to everyone: up to 40 emails per hour and 200 per day per account. They are set so one runaway or abusive account can never flood the network — real people writing real mail never notice them.
6. Storage
Every account includes 5 GB — and Trash is not storage.
Your 5 GB counts everything in your mailbox: message text, attachments, drafts, sent mail and trash. You can watch your usage in Settings or in the mailbox rail, and deleting mail frees space immediately. Trash empties itself: messages in Trash are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. Why? Because Trash is a safety net for mistakes, not a filing cabinet — 30 days is long enough to undo an accident, and automatic deletion means deleted mail is truly gone, which protects you too. If your mailbox is full, new uploads and sends stop, and incoming mail is refused with a "mailbox full" notice until you free space.
7. Suspending and closing accounts
Fake, impostor or abusive accounts can be suspended or closed.
If an account breaks these terms — fake identity, impersonation, spam, abuse, attacks on the service — Alpha IN may suspend or remove it, with or without notice depending on severity. This protects every other user: one abusive account damages the trust and deliverability of the whole @alphain.space network.
8. The service today
Alpha IN is new and growing — and honest about what works.
Mail between @alphain.space addresses works fully today. Sending to and receiving from outside networks switches on when Alpha IN's email-provider onboarding is complete; until that moment, outside delivery is not promised and not guaranteed. Alpha IN is provided "as is", as a growing service: features may change, improve or occasionally break, and delivery to outside networks always depends partly on third-party email infrastructure.
9. Liability, in plain words
We run Alpha IN carefully, but email is not a guarantee.
To the extent the law allows, Alpha IN and Alpha Intelligence are not liable for indirect losses — such as missed opportunities or lost business — caused by outages, undelivered mail or account loss, including loss caused by losing both your password and your backup email. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated — using Alpha IN after a change means you accept it.
When the terms change, the "last updated" date at the top changes with them. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using Alpha IN and delete your mail at any time.
